July 4th, 2007: Check out our New Health/Nutrition and More link.

July 3rd, 2007, will be the new night for our martial arts training class. We will be teaching on Tuesday nights for now on. Class will be starting at 5:30 PM and go to 7:30 PM. Come and join us on our new date and time.

2007 NEW Class:
Skills Development:
These courses are designed to help review previous learned techniques and skills and help make them more a part of your self-defense system.  Each class will cover a different topic such as firearms, empty hand defense techniques, impact weapons, etc.  The course length is 8 hours.
Cost:  $100        Students:  4 min - 10 max.
